Online Returns & Refunds Policy

The supply of goods and services by Fendeck and Rail is subject to availability.
Fendeck will refund a purchase for the exact same amount or replace with an item of equivalent value, less the following:
Any delivery costs already incurred by Fendeck;
Any restocking or administrative fee.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method that was used when the order was paid for and into the account it was paid from.
Fendeck, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to refund any cash payments made, via EFT.
A refund can take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account. The bank details provided for EFT refunds are subject to verification.
The purchaser may return a product to Fendeck and Rail at their cost, provided the returned items have not been used or installed and are in a saleable condition and the purchaser will be liable for all the costs to return these items.
The purchase will be required to package and strap the items in an equivalent manner as they were delivered, at their own cost, so as to avoid damage in transit.
If the returned items are damaged in transit, the purchaser will be liable.
No refund will take place if items are missing or have not be returned.
All returned products will be subject to inspection to ensure a suitable refund.

The following items will not be refunded nor accepted for return:
Cut to size items that have been made to suit your needs
Specially ordered items
Misused and/or purposely damaged items
